  The ruthless economic sanctions announced by President Joe Biden in a very harsh tone are not for Russia but have a message for the emerging economy of Asia, Africa, and Latin America. This is a global economic dictatorship, this is economic terror, this is the economic cold war, not ideological war. The Cold War was an ideological political war in which the task of depriving the people of their democratic rights was taken by military dictators. The economic cold war will be more dangerous than the ideological war. The President of the United States can sanction the president of any sovereign country, the members of his cabinet, the rich people of that country, banks, companies, who may freeze their bank accounts in US and European banks. There is no security of their accounts in Chase Bank, Citibank, Bank of America, and any other American or European banks. The United States has added the British pound, the euro, and the Japanese yen to the sanction’s regime along with the dollar. This is the map of a new economic cold war. NATO countries love war more than peace. The countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America will have to adopt a system of trading and banking in regional currencies.

  There is a great uproar in the United States, NATO, and the European Union that Russia has violated the sovereignty and international law in Ukraine. And all are united in condemning Russia in one voice. The United States, Europe, and NATO are all united in enmity with Russia, holding each other’s hands firmly. They have defeated the war with Afghanistan. The United States is in debt of $30 trillion, and now the US and NATO are using the Russia-Ukraine conflict to assert their global power that they are still powerful. The campaign against President Putin is no different from the campaign against President Saddam Hussein in Iraq, just word by word plagiarizing. Media coverage in the US and Europe is one-sided only in support of Ukraine. President Putin was portrayed as a villain- the facts about the conflict were distorted. If there was a Russia-friendly government in Ukraine, President Putin never said what he is doing today. The Assistant Secretary of State for European Affairs in the Obama administration has planned a change of government in Ukraine, through the CIA, overthrew the Russian-friendly government and replaced it with an anti-Russia government in Ukraine, end of peace between Russia and Ukraine. There is a plan of bringing NATO to Russia’s borders and encircle it. The US plan to bring NATO closer to Russia’s borders was a major threat to Russia’s security. Its enemies had gathered around Russia. This was obvious, Russia will act for its own security when the belligerent countries are tightening their grip on it. The United States, Europe, and NATO were playing with Russia, they were not seeming serious about its security concerns.

  In Eastern Ukraine, where the vast majority are Russians, they are fighting for an independent state. The Ukrainian government has been using full force against insurgents for eight years. They are citizens of Ukraine, and they also have Russian passports. The Russian government supports their insurgency. President Putin six times this month, called on the United States, France, and Germany to ask the Ukrainian government to negotiate with rebel leaders in eastern Ukraine and resolve the issue. But the United States, France, Britain, Germany, and European Union ignored it. The Russians were fleeing from Eastern Ukraine to Russia. The Ukrainian government was conducting military operations against them in Eastern Ukraine. Instead of jerking diplomacy with President Putin, the United States and Europe should have resolved the issue of rebels’ civil war in Eastern Ukraine with the Ukrainian government, again they ignored it. The Minsk agreement was also not implemented. The ball was in the court of America and Europe to save the world from dangerous war. The United States and Europe have focused on arming Ukraine and preparing it for war with Russia. The United States and Europe would take positive steps in addressing Russia’s security concerns. But they did nothing only nonsense talks. The strategy was to bring Russia and Ukraine closer to war. The United States and Europe have proved extremely irresponsible in their unknown interests. They know that Russia is a nuclear power, and it has more than 30,000 nuclear weapons, and war with Russia could be dangerous for Europe. The United States and Europe have failed to prevent the Russian-Ukraine war.

  Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has promised the Ukrainian people in his election campaign that he befriends Putin once he becomes president, and if he fails to do so, he will resign from the presidency. But NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg surrounded President Zelenskyy, politically inexperienced president, and become his coach to deal with Russia. In principle, the NATO Secretary-General should not have been so close to Ukraine government as it was not a member of NATO. Whose agenda was the NATO Secretary General working on? International law, sovereignty violations, body bags are not new to the world. The world has been listening to and watching this for twenty years. President Trump ignored international law and gave occupied Jerusalem to Israel. What did NATO countries do to this illegal decision? Turned away. Ukrainian Israeli jews evict Palestinians from their homes and build new Jewish settlements there. NATO countries patronize them. President Trump has recognized the Golan Heights as Israel’s sovereign region. The Golan Heights is inhabited by Russian Jews, farmers. The United States and NATO countries have committed the most violations of international law in the Middle East and given lectures to the world on sovereignty and international law.

  After 9/11, President George W Bush preemptively invaded Afghanistan, Iraq, and Yemen in the name of national security. President Bush has threatened to use nuclear weapons. Iraq was thousands of miles

away from the United States and Britain, but they concluded Saddam Hussein's government is a threat to their security. The United States and Britain launched a preemptive strike on Iraq. Saddam Hussein's government ended. After ousting President Saddam Hussein, Bush sent Americans from New York to Baghdad to govern Iraq. This is called a flagrant violation of sovereignty and international law. NATO countries have kept quiet about it.

  Has someone asked America what Syria does? Syria was a sovereign country like Ukraine. It was a modern society. The United States was fighting terrorism, then with the support of terrorists turned a beautiful ancient historical country into ruins and destroyed the lives of millions of people.   The United States and NATO are wasting the world’s time in the nonsense debate that Russia’s troops have not yet retreated. Russian leaders are not children who have warned a thousand times that attacking Ukraine would have profound consequences. Thirty NATO countries repeat this threat every day. NATO has become a headache for the world. The patient has a headache, and the doctor is treating his stomach. Thirty NATO countries have not won the Afghan war in twenty years and have returned after a humiliating defeat and are now talking of war with Russia. Therefore, Russia is asking NATO to guarantee its security, and instead of guaranty it, they are jerking it around. All the wars that the United States has waged so far have taken place immediately after the news of the success of the diplomatic talks. In 1991, Iraq’s President Saddam Hussein agreed to withdraw his troops from Kuwait after meeting in Baghdad with Soviet Union President Gorbachev’s special envoy, Yevgeny Primakov, following the news, the United States invaded Iraq with full force. Primakov was on the plane and was returning to Moscow. After 9/11 in 2001, the United States demanded that the Taliban hand over Bin Laden and his associates to the United States. Taliban leader Mullah Omer had refused to hand over Bin Laden to the United States. But then, after Pakistan’s efforts, Mullah Omer was ready to hand over Bin Laden and his associates to a third country. But instead of resolving the issue through dialogue, the Bush administration began bombing Afghanistan. However, the Taliban did not attack the United States, but thirty NATO countries had invaded Afghanistan. There was extreme aggression against Afghanistan, its sovereignty was violated. Thirty NATO countries think they are above the law. They united in the Afghan war for twenty years. Together they were committing war crimes. Not a single NATO leader had the conscience to speak out against the Afghan war. Twenty years was a long time, one generation in the entire world was twenty years old. The Cold War ended with the Afghans. The United States did not end the Cold War, and NATO activities continued. Soviet Warsaw Pact countries join NATO. The number of NATO member states had risen to thirty, they thought now they could conquer the world. A genius trapped NATO in Afghanistan that if NATO conquered Afghanistan, then it could conquer the world.

  Afghanistan was the poorest country in the world. It was devastated by the war against the Soviet Union and then by the civil war. It did not have the weapons that NATO countries had. If the Afghans had these weapons, NATO would have been defeated in twenty weeks, but it took NATO twenty years to defeat itself in Afghanistan. It was a humiliating defeat for NATO in a poor country. NATO should have dissolved; it becomes a subsidiary of the military-industrial complex. Behind Ukraine drama, after the failure of the wars, the power of the United States and NATO must be restored on the world stage. That is why thirty NATO countries are united behind it. Now it cannot say that they are all united by heart or by words. The United States and NATO are on two tracks, on the one hand, they are arming Ukraine and on the other hand, they are talking about diplomacy. Russia’s forces are on its own borders, but the impression is that they are in Ukraine. However, Russia is surrounded by 30 NATO countries. Russia insists that NATO’s presence in Eastern Europe ended. Russia has no objection to the accession of Eastern European countries to the European Union. If Iran refuses to negotiate on its nuclear program and demands that the United States first withdraw its warships from its borders, then what will be the US response?

   People in Europe are very worried, governments are nervous about the situation, in front of them are scenes from World War II. Poland is now on the front line; it was destroyed in World War II. Polish people are more concerned about their country. The United States and Britain have sent troops to Poland. Ukraine is overloaded with weapons. The world is watching the consequences of America’s Middle East policy, and Ukraine’s policy is moving away from peace to destruction and instability. The United States and NATO are planning a war but fearing that if Ukraine is hit by an economic tsunami, a flood of Ukrainians will flood Russia’s borders. With this fear, Poland has also deployed troops on its border in response to the same concerns. Ukraine is now facing a severe economic crisis like the state is about to collapse at any moment. The United States has lent $1billion dollar to Ukraine in its sovereign fund.

  The problem with America is that it has been at war for forty years and sees a war in every conflict in the world. The US economy is dependent on wars. The US ended the 20-year Afghan war and in five months started a war with Russia for Ukraine. The United States has sold millions of dollars worth of weapons to Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Egypt, and Taiwan in just five months. If the Chinese ship went to Taiwan with medicine, the United States would see that the Chinese ship was going to attack Taiwan. President Putin is not George W Bush or Barack Obama. President Bush has told the international community that he has no plans to regime change in Iraq. But when President Bush informed of the complete elimination of deadly weapons in Iraq, he sent troops to Baghdad to overthrow the regime. US troops entered Saddam Hussein’s presidential palace as the mobs entered the speaker’s office in the Capitol building. And President Obama has promised the American people and the world at large that he will end wars. President Obama was awarded the Noble Peace Prize, but President Obama gave the world five new bloody wars, human catastrophes, destruction of people's livelihoods. President Putin would not like to see his name with George Bush and Barack Obama. President Putin will keep Europe away from World War III at all costs.

The United States has attacked Iraq, despite international opposition, only because of security threats from Saddam Hussein. However, Iraq was not a neighbor of the United States. But the United States came thousands of miles away and trampled on Iraq’s sovereignty. Ukraine is Russia’s neighbor. In the Cold War Ukraine and the Soviet Union were one country and people, Ukrainians were in the Soviet government, they were in the army, they were in KGB. Now they are in Ukraine with memories of the Soviet era. But they are silent. They both also have a common religion, Orthodox Christians. Behind the scenes, the Orthodox Church must be urging both to stay out of the war. But the warmongers have misled the Ukrainians and put them on the path to war with their neighbor, Russia.

Countries that have escaped military dictatorship have joined NATO in the name of security. What is the difference between selling lethal weapons in dangerous regions and testing missiles in a dangerous world? In the Bush-Cheney administration, the military and security agencies have made the most powerful institution with special powers. The same policy continued in the Obama administration. The US defense budget has reached close to trillion dollars, but US security threats have also increased. The United States has not won a war since 9/11. The Middle East is under de facto US military occupation. But it is the most dangerous and unstable region in the world. Iran shot down a US drone in Gulf everyone was waiting for President Trump to order an attack on Iran. This new system has become a headache for the peaceful countries of the world. Since the end of the Cold War, there has been no peace in the world. Thirty years world is under war clouds. Indifferent places nations embroiled in conflicts or caught up in conflicts. Sanctions are a dangerous nuclear weapon. Which destroys the economy of nations and thousands of people die because of deprived of basic human needs. The American leadership has taken the world in the wrong direction, where human catastrophe is everywhere. The United States had reached an agreement with Iran on the nuclear deal, but then, under pressure from the Israeli government, the United States terminated the agreement. It reinstated the old sanctions on Iran and with it imposed new and tougher sanctions. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said, “We will strangle Iran’s economy, we will destroy its banking system.” And now the same language is used for Russia. EU countries that had economic projects and trade with Iran, they lost about $100 billion to $200 billion due to sanctions on Iran, it was America’s allies. By imposing economic sanctions on Iran, the United States had severely damaged the economy of its European allies. And now Russia is threatened with its economy. Are bullying and intimidation a decent democracy? The current economic sanctions on Russia have cost Germany $50 billion, France, Italy, Greece, Spain, and other European countries have trade lost also in billions. These are America’s unilateral sanctions and implement by any means in its foreign and defense policy interest. These sanctions are not international rule base. The United States has imposed economic sanctions on Iran to keep Iran behind in economic development and to keep Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates at the forefront of economic development.

  Economic sanctions have been imposed on Russia to prevent it from becoming a major European economy. The second goal is to make Ukraine Europe’s largest economy. Ahead of diplomatic dialogue with Russia on the Ukraine issue, it began receiving threats that it would expel from the global financial system if it attacked Ukraine. Instead of making the atmosphere of dialogue pleasant, the United States and NATO polluted the atmosphere with threats, bullying, and supplying of ships loaded with deadly weapons to Ukraine. The mentality of the military alliance of democracies is that of military dictators.

  Ukraine is Russia’s neighbor and both countries are part of Europe. That is why President Putin thinks a thousand times a day about resolving Ukraine's issue through war. Russia and Ukraine must live in Europe, and both countries do not want to see each other destroyed by war. President Putin is a visionary leader who believes that the United States is dragging him into war. President Putin knows that war can wreak havoc, NATO can be burry without war. NATO’s 20 years presence in Afghanistan is a failure of democracy. NATO has only succeeded in promoting militarism in the world.

  President Putin has economic cards that could guarantee Russia’s security. Gas and oil were given to the countries of Eastern Europe which are members of NATO at thirty-to-thirty five percent higher price. It should call Russia’s security tax. President Putin speaks German very fluently, that’s why German leaders understand President Putin well. President Putin had a remarkably close relationship with former German Chancellor Gerhard Schroder. Gas pipelines agreements with Russia were signed by Chancellor Gerhard Schroder’s government. After leaving the government, Chancellor Schroder became chairperson of Russia’s Gazprom Oil Company, and he has a key role to play in the completion of multibillion-dollar gas pipeline projects. Germany will give special importance to economic relations with Russia instead of military confrontation and political tension forever.

A delegation of Italian investors and businesspeople was in Moscow last week. The delegation has agreements to enhance economic and trade relations between the two countries.

  An important proposal by French President Manual Macron is for the European Union to create its own army. When Europe has its own trade and economic policy, so for the security and defense of the Eurozone, it is necessary to have its own army. With a eurozone army, Russia will also feel comfortable with its security. NATO is an invention of the Cold War era. Its establishment had a political and military agenda. In today’s interconnected economic world, the concept of security in NATO’s politics is outdated.
