  The American people are now questioning whether the Biden administration has opened the treasury for Ukraine. Billions and billions of dollars are being given to Ukraine. The Ukraine war is now one year old. The number of arms and checks given to Ukraine at this time would be close to trillions of dollars. This is the tax money of the American people. Which invested heavily in Ukraine’s war with Russia. As of now, no other results are visible except for the human destruction of this war. At the beginning of the war, NATO allies said this war will be decided in three months. In all the wars that America started after the Cold War, it was said that American troops would go and do surgery and come back. But it took 13 years for US troops to return from Iraq. While the US troops returned from the poorest country of Afghanistan after 20 years. But the US was not successful in the Iraq war or in the Afghan war. The wars in Libya and Syria are similar results to these wars. US forces have been occupying the eastern part of Syria for 12 years, while Israeli forces have been occupying the Syrian Golan Height for 50 years. Will Ukraine have the same map as Syria? US and NATO know the war game, but what will be the end game of their war they do not know. Ukraine could be another Libya. If the Orthodox Churches of Russia and Ukraine are united, Ukraine will be united. But Zelensky will have no place in this Ukraine. Ukraine was destroyed due to Zelensky’s incompetent leadership. The lives of Ukrainians have been severely affected. A year after the Ukraine war, the Zelensky government is still looking for a solution to this war in weapons.

  How are US and NATO’s non-stop wars polluting the environment? Bombs and missiles destroy humanity and poison the environment. The countries that are the champions of the movement to keep the environment clean are also the countries that pollute the environment the most with their wars, weapons, missiles, and bombs. The United Nations should investigate this and report to the member countries about the effects on the environment in the countries where the US and NATO have fought wars. So that warmongers clean up the environment in these countries just like when oil tankers dump oil in the sea and clean it up.

  Ever since the end of the Cold War, the United States has been engaged in constant wars. NATO is also involved with America. President George H. Bush went to war against Panama immediately after the end of the Cold War. US troops entered the presidential Palace and handcuffed President Manuel Noriega bringing him to Miami, Florida. It was America’s first attack on a sovereign country. The second war in the George H. Bush administration was against Iraq. Kuwait was liberated from the Iraqi military occupation. Though the Iraq war had not ended, they had imposed extremely harsh sanctions on Iraq to eliminate lethal weapons. President Clinton and British Prime Minister Tony Blair bombed Iraq for two weeks to implement the resolutions of the Security Council. The second war under the Clinton administration was against former Yugoslavia. The United States and NATO bombed Yugoslavia for weeks. President Slobodan Milosevic’s forces had been committing genocide against the Muslim population in Bosnia and the breakaway republic of Croatia for some time. The US-NATO war led to the liberation of Bosnia and Croatia.

 9/11 happened at the beginning of the George W. Bush administration. President Bush blamed the terrorist attack on the United States on the Taliban government in Afghanistan, who gave shelter to Osama bin Laden and his al-Qaeda in Afghanistan. President George Bush invaded Afghanistan and ended the Taliban regime.  After the Afghan war, President Bush invaded Iraq and removed Saddam Hussein from power. Then Barack Obama becomes the President. They were told that Afghanistan and Iraq were now his wars and President Obama had accepted it. In addition to the Iraq and Afghan wars, President Obama launched attacks on Syria, Libya, and Yemen. President Obama ended the Iraq war. But the war continued in Syria, Libya, and Yemen. After President Obama, Donald Trump became the President. Donald Trump was the first president of the United States who had no interest in wars. President Trump had not started a new war. He was not interested in the war in Syria, Libya, and Yemen. President Trump had reached an agreement with the Taliban to end the Afghan war, which was implemented by President Biden. But President Biden then started a new war against Russia in Ukraine, and it has been a year now. President Biden could have solved the Ukraine problem peacefully if he wanted. And one trillion dollars for human development, promoting democratic values, and peace and could use to end poverty in Africa. but they spent a trillion dollars on destroying Ukraine and impoverishing Ukrainians.    NATO fought a war in Afghanistan for twenty years. And now Ukraine’s war against Russia, which is NATO’s proxy war, is included in it, NATO has been engaged in fighting wars in the world for twenty-one years. NATO’s job is not to bring peace to the world. Four hundred Russian soldiers were killed by a Ukrainian missile last month and now the apartments have become ground zero with a Russian missile and forty civilians are reported to have died. NATO countries have an interest in this war. There are 192 countries worldwide, of which only thirty are NATO countries, which are considered in the minority. But those who have kept the world at war for 21 years. NATO should investigate war crimes in Afghanistan. NATO made a false case against Libya and then attacked it. This was a serious violation of international law and should be investigated by the International Court of Justice. NATO countries have forced Russia to attack Ukraine. These countries specialize in distorting facts. They have fought two orthodox countries, like Iraqi Shias from Iranian Shias under Saddam Hussein’s reign. President Putin had no intention of going to war with Ukraine. President Putin had only two points NATO should not be brought closer to Russia’s border, and in Eastern Ukraine, the agreement with the Ukrainian government should be implemented. The Ukrainian government was committing genocide against Russians who were citizens of Ukraine and were demanding autonomy for themselves. The resolution of the Russia-Ukraine conflict was simple compared to the other conflicts in world affairs or the Palestinian-Israeli conflict in the Middle East which was difficult to resolve for the civilized countries of NATO. But the civilized nations here in Ukraine become Hutu and Tutu. Thousands of people were dying because of a trivial conflict. Millions of families were destroyed. Millions of Ukrainians are in refugee camps across Europe. These peaceful Ukrainian citizens lived happily in their homes. And a lot of Ukrainians had Russian wives, and a lot of Russians had Ukrainian wives. They had children, but the war destroyed the lives of all of them.

  President Zelensky was not looking at his people, he was listening too much to NATO like Secretary General Stoltenberg was his advisor. French President Emmanuel Macron held talks with President Putin in Moscow for seven hours on the Ukraine issue. After meeting with President Putin, President Macron told reporters that “Russia’s security concerns are serious and we have to address them,” but that NATO leaders had ignored them. At the same time, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced the deployment of 4,000 NATO troops to Poland and ordered NATO’s air, naval and ground forces to be on alert. When Mullah Omar ignored America’s demand in Afghanistan, then President George Bush ordered to attack on Afghanistan. Mullah Omar was going to become the Secretary General of NATO. Therefore, President Putin had to take military action against Ukraine as well. A simple political solution was placed on President Zelensky’s table, leaving that, President Zelensky preferred to become the commander of NATO’s proxy war against Russia. One Orthodox country was destroyed, and another was to wipe off the world map. And it was a NATO war. President Zelensky kept the public in the dark about the war, and when they opened their eyes, bombs and missiles were falling on them.

  In today’s world, war cannot win with weapons. Afghans had fought for 20 years against NATO, which had the best weapons, but in the end, NATO had to admit defeat. Despite this, Ukraine continues to be getting weapons from NATO countries. The more weapons are coming into Ukraine, the more Ukrainian cities are destroyed. Six months ago, there was not as much destruction in Ukraine as we see now. The problem is President Zelensky, who follows the military plan of thirty NATO countries. And when Ukraine is in ruins, he is asking for more advanced weapons for Ukraine. More weapons mean a more prolonged war, more killing, and more destruction. The Zelensky government was responsible for saving Ukraine from destruction and protecting people’s lives and properties. The ball of the political solution was in his court. President Zelensky, instead of dancing on the toes of NATO leaders, would have had positive results if he had negotiated directly with President Putin. Just as they left Iraq, Syria, and Libya, they will leave Ukraine. But the people will pay a heavy price for the destruction of Ukraine. President Putin was a reasonable person, he wanted to see peace on their borders, and he knew NATO was their blood money. President Putin helped end the Afghan war by inviting Taliban leaders to Moscow and persuading them to end the war. And today 30 NATO countries have these moral values that they are giving weapons to Ukraine to attack Russia and kill Russians. Training Ukrainians to use lethal weapons. They will then fight Russia. Let the world think that those who could not destroy the Taliban will destroy Russia.

    پاکستان اور برازیل کا جمہوریت کی جد و جہد کا پس منظر تقریبا” یکساں ہے۔ دونوں سردجنگ میں امریکہ کی مسلط فوجی آمریتوں کے ستم زدہ ہیں۔ لیکن فرق صرف یہ ہے کہ پاکستان  می سیاسی لیڈروں کی پرورش فوجی حکومتوں نے کی ہے۔ اور برازیل میں فوجی حکومت اور امریکی امپیریل ازم کے خلاف جد وجہد نے لیڈر پیدا کیے ہیں۔ سرد جنگ کے بعد برازیل میں جوتوں پر پالش کرنے والا Lula da Silva ایک مقبول لیڈر برازیل کا صدر منتخب ہوجاتا ہے۔ صدر Lula کی اقتدار کے اختتام پر 80 فیصد مقبولیت تھی۔ پاکستان میں جنرل ضیاالحق نے جن کی پرورش کی تھی اور جو شگر ملوں کے مالک تھے وہ سردجنگ ختم ہونے کے بعد اقتدار پر چھا گیے تھے۔ پاکستان میں جمہوریت اور آمریت کا ایک میکسچر تھا۔ صدر Lula نے برازیل کے اقتصادی حالات بڑی تیزی سے بہتر بناۓ تھے اور برازیل G-20  میں آگیا تھا۔  جبکہ پاکستا ن میں لیڈروں نے اپنے اقتصادی حالات کو قومی اقتصادی  حالات پر فوقیت دی تھی۔ پاکستان کو انہوں نے  donor ملکوں کے کلب میں رکھا  تھا۔ اور اپنے آپ کو یہ دنیا کے دولت مند لوگوں میں شامل کرنے لگے تھے۔ Lula 2018 سے 2019 میٖں کرپشن  کے الزام میں 380 دن جیل میں تھے۔ ان پر الزام تھا کہ انہوں نے ایک condo لیا تھا اور اس کی renovations کنسٹریکشن کمپنیوں سے حکومت کی کنٹریکٹ قیمت پر کرآئی تھی۔ ان سزاؤں کے بعد سپریم کورٹ کے جج نے  یہ کہہ کر سزاؤں کو پھینک دیا کہ Mr. Lula کے کیس میں جج biased تھا۔ Lula نے انتخاب لڑا اور بھاری اکثریت سے کامیاب ہوۓ تھے۔ لیڈروں کے اس رویہ اور عدالت کے کردار سے جمہوریت کامیاب ہوتی ہے اور ملک آگے بڑھتا ہے۔ پاکستان میں 2007 میں لیڈروں کے پاکستان کی عدالتوں میں کرپشن کے کیسزز صدر جارج بش نے پھینک دئیے تھے ۔ اور صدر مشرف سےان لیڈروں کو سیاست میں حصہ لینے کی اجازت دینے کا کہا تھا۔ اقتدار میں آنے کی اجازت ملنے پر ان کی اوقات دیکھو یہ ایسے آۓ تھے جسے مرغے Cage سے باہر آتے ہیں۔ Cage سے نکلنے کے بعد تین مرتبہ مرغے اپنے پروں کو پھیلاتے ہیں۔ بے نظیر پہلا ٹارگٹ تھیں تین چار گولیاں لگی اور وہ ختم ہوگئی ۔ صدر بش نے پاکستان کو جو جمہوری set up دیا تھا اس میں فوج سے کہا گیا تھا کہ وہ دہشت گردوں سے لڑے گی۔ پیپلز پارٹی اور ن لیگ سے کہا گیا تھا وہ  حکومت کریں گے ۔ آپس میں نہیں لڑیں گے ۔ soft اپوزیشن کریں گے۔ اور حکومت میں آنے کے لیے اپنی باری کا انتظار کریں گے۔ اور یہ بش جمہوری infrastructure تھا جس میں پاکستان کو fit کیا گیا تھا۔ ان لیڈروں کے کرپشن کے کیسزز ختم کرنے کی قیمت پاکستان کے عوام نے دہشت گردی کی لڑائی میں 100 بلین ڈالر کا قومی خزانہ کا نقصان اور 80 ہزار بے گناہ شہریوں کی ہلاکتوں میں دیا تھا۔ ان بغیرتوں نے دہشت گردی ختم کرنے میں کوئی سیاسی کردار ادا نہیں کیا تھا۔ ایک اقتدار میں بیٹھا رہا اور دوسرا قومی اسمبلی کی لابی میں بیٹھا اقتدار میں آنے کا انتظار کرتا رہا ۔ زرداری بدمعاش نے قومی خزانہ کا 100بلین ڈالر کا نقصان کرایا تھا۔ لیکن پاکستان کی معیشت کو 100 بلین ڈالر نہیں بنایا تھا۔ نواز شریف کی حکومت نے اس 100 بلین ڈالر نقصان کو book میں کس طرح دکھایا تھا۔ جو انہیں زرداری حکومت نے دیا تھا۔ ن لیگی اور پیپلز پارٹی لوگوں کو بیوقوف بنانے کے ماہر ہیں۔ 2017 اور اس سے پہلے پاکستان کی معیشت کیونکہ امریکہ کی دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ میں  پاکستان فرنٹ لائن پر تھا اور امریکہ کی امداد آرہی تھی۔ افغانستان میں نیٹو آپریشن میں پاکستان راہداری کی صورت میں سروس دینے کا معاوضہ لے رہا تھا۔اس لیے معیشت بہتر تھی۔  زرداری ۔گیلانی حکومت میں دہشت گرد بھی پاکستان  کو تباہ کر رہے تھے اور حکومت صنعت کاروں سے اپنا سرمایہ بنگلہ دیش، انڈونیشیا اور ملائشیا لے جانے کا کہہ رہی تھی۔ زرداری اور نواز شریف حکومت میں کوئی بھی پاکستان میں سرمایہ لگا نا نہیں چاہتا تھا۔  یہ Common sense  ہے جب لٹیرے اور چور اقتدار میں ہوں گے۔ ملک کبھی ترقی نہیں کرتا ہے۔ پاکستان کی تاریخ کے 30 سال اس کے ثبوت ہیں۔ 3o سال بعد پاکستان  کے آخراجات کی ادا گیوں کے لیے اتنے ریونیو نہیں ہیں۔ پاکستان مال گاڑی کی طر ح کھڑا ہے۔ ن لیگی اسے اچھی معیشت کہتے ہیں۔

   2018 میں انتخابات کے نتائج دیکھ کر پیپلز پارٹی اور ن لیگ کو حیرت ہوئی تھی ۔ جارج بش نے دونوں پارٹیوں کو حکومت کرنے کا جو جمہوری  set up دیا تھا۔ اور جس پر اتفاق ہوا تھا نتائج اس کے بالکل بر خلاف تھے۔ عمران خان تیسری پارٹی بن کر ابھرے تھے۔ بلاول زرداری کو اس پر سخت تکلیف ہوٰئی تھی ۔ اور وہ مینڈک کی طرح اچھل رہے تھے کہ سیلکٹیڈ منظور نہیں ہے۔ کیونکہ اگر عمران خان نہیں ہوتے تو بلاول وزیرآعظم  ہوتا۔ ٹرمپ انتظامیہ میں انہیں کامیابی نہیں  ہوسکتی تھی۔ لیکن  جو بائیڈن کے صدر بننے کے بعد آصف زرداری  نے  اپنے پرانے کنکشن استعمال کیے تھے ۔ 10 اپریل 2022 سے قبل بلاول زرداری نے ایک ماہ نیویارک اور واشنگٹن میں گزارا تھا۔ یہ سلیکٹیڈ کو اقتدار سے ہٹانے میں کامیاب ہوگیے ۔ یہ حکومت بنانے میں کامیاب ہوگیے۔ یہ اپنے کرپشن کے کیسزز ختم کرنے میں کامیاب ہوگیے ۔ اور اب؟ اور اب ان کے ساتھ وہ ہوا ہے جو صدام حسین کے ساتھ ہوا تھا۔ صدام حسین نے صدر جارج ایچ بش سے پوچھا تھا کہ میں اپنی فوجیں کویت پر قبضہ کرنے بھیج رہا ہوں امریکہ کا کیا ردعمل ہوگا؟ صدام حسین سے کہا گیا یہ عربوں کا داخلی معامعلہ  ہے ۔ اور امریکہ اس میں مداخلت نہیں کرے گا۔ امریکہ پاکستان کی داخلی سیاست میں مداخلت نہیں کرے گا۔ حکومت میں شامل کرپٹ لوگوں نے اپنے کرپشن کیسزز قانون میں تبدیلیاں کرکے خود ختم کر لیے ہیں۔ معیشت کا بیڑا غرق ہو گیا ہے۔ عوام مسائل کے سیلاب میں ڈوبے ہوۓ ہیں جو سندھ میٖں سیلاب سے مختلف نہیں ہے۔ ن لیگی اب دیوار سے لگ گیے ہیں۔ اور کہتے ہیں “ ہم پھنس گیے ہیں” بائیڈن انٹظا میہ کہتی ہے ہم  نہیں بچائیں گے یعنی ہم مداخلت نہیں کریں گے۔ سیاست میں ان کا مستقبل Bleak ہو گیا ہے۔

   سرد جنگ کے بعد سے برازیل میں جمہوری عمل ایک تسلسل ہے۔ اسٹبلیشمنٹ اور فوج کا سیاسی جماعتوں کی سیاست میں کوئی عمل دخل نہیں ہے۔ Bolsonaro  far right سیاست میں یقین رکھتے تھے۔ انہوں نے اقتدار کی معیاد مکمل کرلی ہے ۔ الیکشن ہو گیے  بائیں بازو کے Lula da Silva  بھاری اکثریت سے کامیاب ہوۓ ہیں۔  Lula نے کہا وہ افلاس اور جنگلات ختم کرنے کے خلاف لڑیں گے۔ معیشت فروغ دیں  گے۔ اور قوم کو متحد کرنے کی کوشش  کریں گے۔ ڈکٹیٹر شپ اب کبھی نہیں ،  ہمیشہ جمہوریت۔

   پاکستان میں پہلی مرتبہ فوج کی مدد سے سیاسی جماعتوں کے اتحاد نے ایک منتخب آئینی حکومت کا تختہ الٹا ہے اور اقتدار پر قبضہ کیا ہے۔ یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے جنرل ضیاالحق کی آمریت میں جنرلوں کے ساتھ کام کیا ہے۔اور ان کا mind set ہے۔ اپنے مخالفین کا خاتمہ کرو۔ ان کے خلاف مقدمے بناؤ۔ انہیں جیلوں میں ڈالو۔  میڈیا پر بندشیں لگاؤ اور پھر حکومت کرتے رہو۔ شہباز شریف یہ عمران خان کے خلاف کر رہا ہے۔ اس کے بڑے بھائی نے یہ بے نظیر بھٹو کے ساتھ کیا تھا۔ اس کو بدنام کیا تھا۔ اس کو راستے سے ہٹانے کے لیے نواز شریف پاکستان میں طالبان کا نظام لا رہا تھا کہ اسلام میں عورت اسلامی مملکت کی سربراہ  نہیں ہوسکتی ہے۔ان لوگوں نے بے بنظیر کو بھی اسی طرح اقتدار سے ہٹایا تھا جیسے عمران خان کے خلاف سازش کی تھی اور اس کی حکومت ختم کی تھی۔ پنجاب میں صوبائی الیکشن ہارنے کے باوجود اب پنجاب میں حکومت پر قبضہ کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ جمہوری سیاست ان کی ذہنیت میں نہیں ہے۔ یہ فاشسٹ ہیں۔

  They were close allies of the United States in the war against the Soviet Union and were called the Afghan Mujahideen. After the fall of the Soviet empire, the United States abandoned them. And then they became the Taliban, and ten years later the end of the Afghan war, the United States declared the Taliban as its enemy. And declared war to remove them from power and wipe them out of Afghanistan. America made this decision after 9/11. For twenty years, the United States and NATO countries fought a war to wipe the Taliban out of Afghanistan. Taliban former Mujahideen who were trained by the US in Urban Guerrilla Warfare and the US and NATO forces were fighting them. And eventually, like the Soviet forces, they had to admit defeat and leave Afghanistan. Now, these are the same Afghan Mujahideen who were close allies of America forty years ago, and Vice President George H. Bush said, “They are just, and God is with them.” And today these Mujahideen-turned-Taliban rulers have banned women’s education. the United States and the western countries of NATO were in Afghanistan for twenty years, but they could not make the Taliban citizens of the 21st century, and this was also the failure of the United States. 

  The Afghan policy of the United States was short-sighted for forty years, and the narrow objective was to give the Soviet Union military defeat. America had no knowledge about Afghan society and culture. Afghanistan was a beautiful country. Kabul, Jalalabad, and Kandahar were centers of literature, culture, progressive intellectual, writers, and poets. Seeing the atmosphere of Kabul University, looked like a European university. Soviet forces faced no resistance in urban Afghanistan. The rural Afghan population was strictly religious. It was Pakistan and the CIA when they saw that Soviet forces were gaining ground in urban Afghanistan, and dropped leaflets in the rural areas where the communist forces had entered Afghanistan. And they are making Afghanistan a communist country and destroying mosques. They were inspired to wage jihad. The rural people are simple and straightforward, they were horrified to read the leaflets that were in the local language. They fled from villages with their families and came to Pakistan. Afghan Mujahideen trained and armed in CIA training camps in Pakistan. After receiving training from CIA training camps, Mujahideen started attacking cities. Afraid of this situation, progressives, enlightened, moderate, intellectuals left the cities with their families for Europe and US. After the fall of the Soviet Empire, the United States handed over Afghanistan to the Mujahideen. The US spent millions of dollars on training and arming the Mujahideen, and with these weapons and American training, Mujahideen had now become the Afghan Taliban. The Taliban had turned Afghanistan into a rural Afghanistan. Urban women are forced to live like rural women.

  After 9/11, the Bush administration decided to take military action against the Taliban government and to end Taliban rule. The Taliban had sheltered Osama bin Laden and al-Qaeda terrorists in Afghanistan who had attacked the United States. The United States spent ten times more on the war to oust the Taliban than it did on the battle to liberate Afghanistan from the Soviet forces.  The CIA gave briefcases full of dollars to Afghan warlords to finish the Taliban. The Taliban was removed from power, but they were not finished. First, the ten-year war to liberate Afghanistan from the Soviet forces and then the twenty-year war against the Taliban in Afghanistan cost nearly two trillion dollars. But the tragedy is that the Afghan people do not have freedom. The doors of education have closed to Afghan women. Afghanistan today is not much different from the first Taliban rule. The concept of urban society in Afghanistan has been decimated.
