When he has a hard time to find more capable and highly intelligent people for important cabinet positions, so he had to promote from the former Obama administration junior officials and appointed in his cabinet senior positions. These officials have experience in promoting the Obama administration’s failed foreign and security policy. If Russian troops have come to the Middle East under the Obama administration. So, this was a huge failure of the policy, and if the administration’s policy was to destabilize Syria and Libya and then Africa, Europe, and the Middle East to a dangerous extent. So that too was a failed policy.
