America Under Israeli Domination
During the Cold War, America’s Democratic Values Were Given Special Importance Due to the Fear of Communism, Post-Cold War, America is Under Israeli Domination Due to the Fear of Anti-Semitism
Where are the
democratic values of the West that existed during the Cold War, today, it seems
that the democratic values of the West are rapidly depreciating, and China has
advanced far in capitalism under the communist system of China. And America is
now retreating from its democratic values to compete with China, on the other
hand, America’s foreign and security policy is under Israeli domination. In
America, students have protested in universities against the government’s
wars. John Kerry, who was himself a Vietnam veteran, participated in the protests of the Vietnam War. University professors also criticized their governments during
the Vietnam War, and they also participated in the protests. Bill Clinton and
Hillary Clinton were also against the Vietnam War and joined the protests. But
no action was ever taken against university professors to the point of
expelling them from the university, the university canceled the student’s
admissions. Edward Said was a professor at Columbia University, he was a
Palestinian. He was a staunch opponent of Israel, in the 1970s, there was no social
media, but his articles and statements against Israel were published in the
American print media. A photo of Professor Edward Said throwing stones at
Israeli soldiers in the occupied Palestinian West Bank was published in the New
York Times. Immigration at New York’s JFK airport did not prevent Professor
Edward Said from entering the United States for throwing rocks at Israeli soldiers.
This was Cold War America. America’s democratic values were given special
importance due to the fear of communism. Post-Cold War America is under Israeli
domination due to the fear of anti-Semitism.
South Africa is a
sovereign country, and Israel is a sovereign country. If South Africa filed a
case against Israel in the International Criminal Court for genocide against
Palestinians, then it was a matter between the two sovereign nations and the
International Court of Justice. The genocide of Palestinians is a sensitive
issue for many countries in the world. This has been going on for 77 years. The
international community wants to see the law of crime against humanity applied
equally, just as it was used against Slobodan Milosevic in Bosnia, it was used
against Omar al-Bashir in Sudan. It should also be used against Benjamin
Netanyahu in Israeli-occupied Palestine. On this issue, the United States has
always vetoed resolutions condemning Israel in the UN Security Council, which
encouraged Israel, and each time it killed more Palestinians than before. In genocide,
the destruction of a culture, the question of human rights, the question of the
survival of humanity comes up. South Africa saw the racism of the white
government of South Africa in Israeli apartheid. Nelson Mandela spent 27 years
in prison of the apartheid government. The Palestinians have been under Israeli
apartheid military occupation for 70 years. Nelson Mandela is not in the world,
but Nelson Mandela’s sacrifices against racism are alive in South Africa. The black
people of South Africa have gone through this painful period of oppression and
barbarity that the Palestinians are facing today. Therefore, in this context, the South African government knocked on the door of the International Court of Justice
to save oppressed humanity. It was a pity that President Biden condemned the Judges
on the decision of the International Court of Justice and banned their entry
into the United States. It was embarrassing that Congress had given the great
South African leader Nelson Mandela the highest award in the United States, and
in the Trump administration, it had barred the South African ambassador from
entering the United States. It was an insult to Congress.
